Adam’s experience includes valuations and advisory for developers, financiers, institutional investors, government entities, sovereign wealth funds and various private clients throughout the MENA region. This includes the valuation of complex commercial portfolios, substantial land banks, development projects and various operating assets, such as retail malls, offices, industrial, schools, hospitals, staff accommodation and residential communities.
Adam provides valuation and advisory services for various purposes, including loan security/finance transactions, balance sheet/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) taxation and other regulated purposes. In recent years, Adam has been involved in various dispute resolution cases across the MENA region. Acting as an Expert Witness or Single Joint Expert, Adam has been involved in various litigation cases ranging from marital disputes to large complex disputes relating to delayed development projects.
Adam has been in the MENA region for 10 years. Prior to joining Kroll, Adam served as Director and Head of Valuations and Advisory at Chestertons MENA.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in real estate management from Nottingham Trent University, where he graduated with a 2:1 Honours degree in 2005. Adam has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and RICS Registered Valuer since 2007. Adam is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).
