Benjamin Wiles is a Managing Director in Kroll’s London office and a senior member of the Restructuring practice. With over two decades of experience in corporate finance and restructuring, Benjamin has led complex engagements across a wide spectrum of industries and financial distress levels.

His career includes extensive review and advisory assignments, supporting businesses through operational and financial challenges. Benjamin brings a unique client-side perspective gained during a secondment at one of the UK’s leading clearing banks, where he worked directly with stakeholders navigating high-pressure restructuring scenarios.

Benjamin’s sector expertise spans retail, leisure, technology, construction, import and distribution, automotive, recruitment and renewable energy. He is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, a Fellow Chartered Accountant, and is frequently invited to speak at professional education seminars and industry events.

Benjamin led the redevelopment and regeneration of Dreamland Margate, oversaw the strategic administration of PaintWell, and managed the cross-disciplinary solution that uncovered over £285 million in missing assets and restore transparency in the largest asset-based lending fraud in UK history - Arena Television
