Bryan specializes in a wide spectrum of tax services for both public and private sector companies. His experience includes global and domestic tax consulting, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversies, tax accounting methods, Accounting for Income Taxes (ASC 740), interim tax reporting, legal entity structuring and rationalization and Sarbanes Oxley 404 design and documentation.
Bryan also specializes in optimization of the tax function within organizations. He has built and led tax departments across multiple industries while enhancing innovative processes, aligning strategies with organizational goals and leveraging technology and data transformation. He helps build optimized tax departments as well as lead the outsourcing of tax departments.
Prior to joining Kroll, Bryan was Vice President of Tax for a public multinational oilfield services company. He has also worked in the retail energy industry, as well as public accounting at Deloitte where he served large multinational corporate clients.
