AT A GLANCE
At Kroll, Celeste is primarily responsible for preparing Kroll’s independent expert reports. Prior to joining Kroll, Celeste worked in KPMG’s Valuations practice in Sydney where she focused on the preparation of independent expert reports and large company valuations. Prior to that, she spent six years at Grant Samuel, where she prepared independent expert reports for some of the largest and most complex public market transactions at the time. She also spent five years at Ernst & Young’s Valuation practice in New York, where she focused on valuations of businesses and intangible assets for multinational companies.

Celeste has prepared over 60 independent expert reports, including reports for shareholders of APM Human Services, Altium, CSR, Costa Group, Allkem, Pact, Estia Health, InvoCare, United Malt, Abacus Property Group, Blackmores, Slater & Gordon, Xpansiv, Nitro, Pendal, Tassal, Humm, Sydney Airport, ALE Property Group, AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund, Webster Limited, Investa Office Fund, Westfield Group, Aveo Group, Automotive Holdings Group, Amcor Limited, Seven Group Holdings, Ten Network, Oroton, DUET Group, Alinta Energy, Babcock & Brown Infrastructure, David Jones, Graincorp, Origin Energy and Bow Energy.
Celeste holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University. She has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) degree from the CFA Institute, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA. Additionally, Celeste belongs to the American Society of Appraisers with a business valuation focus.
