He specializes in leading both strategic and operational transformation programs, from corporate-wide efficiency initiatives and product portfolio optimization to business model evaluations. With an affinity for AI and digital applications, he integrates modern tools where they create tangible value, without losing sight of the fundamentals of organizational performance, cost optimization, and sustainable growth.
His project work focuses on the rapid assessment of cost-cutting opportunities and new avenues for top-line growth, while guiding companies through implementation. Dominik develops concepts for efficiency programs, portfolio management, and market positioning, and works closely with stakeholders to build customer-centric and future-ready strategies.
Prior to joining Kroll, Dominik was Managing Director and part of the founding team of the Business Transformation practice at FTI-Andersch. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Manager at Mutares in the Operations Team and also worked at Porsche Consulting, focusing on both operational improvements and corporate development.
Dominik has lived and worked in Germany, France, UK, USA, Mexico, Switzerland, Indonesia and Thailand. He is fluent in English, German and conversational French.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Hull University Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Studies from Friedrich-Alexander Universität Erlangen-Nuremberg.
