Evžen has 30 years of experience in the valuation of all types of tangible assets in a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotives, biotechnology, chemicals and petrochemicals, communications, computer hardware and software, computer services, consulting, electronic components, semiconductors, power, steel, public utilities, commercial banks, food and beverage, healthcare, insurance, consumer packaging, machine tools, metal fabrication, pulp and paper, pharmaceuticals, real estate, transportation and logistics.
Evžen has developed his expertise across a broad range of business needs, including M&A, purchase price allocations, divestitures, pre-transaction valuation analysis, valuation for leasing transactions, various accounting and tax purposes, fresh start accounting for bankruptcy emergence, due diligence support, litigation, restructuring, and insurance and risk management. He has undertaken and managed valuation and consulting engagements in a large variety of industries on all continents and has provided appraisal services in more than 50 countries.
Evžen holds a Sc.M. in technology from the Czech Technical University, Prague, and an MBA in technology management from The Open University Business School, UK. He is a member (Accredited Senior Appraiser) of the American Society of Appraisers, serving as vice president of the European chapter, and is a past member of the Machinery & Technical Specialties Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.
