Prior to joining the firm, Geon, was a managing director in FTI Consulting Inc.’s transaction advisory services practice. Before that he held the title of director in the transactions services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Earlier in his career he was a director at KPMG LLP.
Geon has advised on contract structuring and negotiations, working capital and purchase price adjustments, and technical accounting advisory engagements. He has extensive cross-border experience and has led transactions based in the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany and Hong Kong.
Geon received his BA in economics-accounting from Claremont McKenna College. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts.
