Paola Ricciardi is a Managing Director and leader of the Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG) practice in Italy, based in the Milan office. In addition, she is Country leader of KROLL Advisory S.p.A.

Paola leverages on more than 20 years of experience in her field. Previously, she was European Coordinating Manager, responsible for supervising pan-European Real Estate projects and cross-border projects with the U.S.

Paola regularly takes part as a speaker at real estate events and conferences and collaborates with prestigious Italian Universities. She is a member of the Italian Professional Association of Architects since 2000 and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS and Registered Valuer). She has also been a member of RICS Italian Board from 2006 to 2013.

She is a member of the “Consiglio di Presidenza” of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare. She seats in the Board of Directors of CNCC (National Council of Shopping Centers).

In 2006 she also contributed to the foundation of AREL, the Real Estate Ladies Association.
